Target Market Project - Korean Fried Chicken Industry
I studied extensively about the Korean fried chicken industry and its expected target audience, primarily booming in Southern California. I detailed a report on two local competitors, Furai Chicken and Gentle Chic, using primary and secondary resources.
After discovering the industry's marketing environment, customer behaviors, and notable limitations, I created a a market strategy for a potential third competitor to enter the industry.
Office Manager - Elite Educational Institute
I hosted intake meetings with students and parents for potential sales leads, and then referred them to my branch director for further consultation. I executed non-digital and digital forms of marketing, which included detailing programs through presentations, emails, flyers and phone calls. I also led a sales initiative tied to selling premium subscriptions, which ensured a bonus for our branch in Santa Clarita, CA for several consecutive months.
Content Marketing - HubSpot Academy Certification Course
Through this certification program, I have a better understanding of what quality content marketing consists of, and of the value it brings to an organization. Reviewed lessons and completed exercises on topics such as keyword research for SEO, video marketing strategy, and business blogging. Passed a 60 question exam at the end of the course and was given resources to practice effective communication.
